WE ARE GUIDED BY PASTORS & STAFF

Our church is guided by a team of pastors and staff across all our locations and for our schools.  This team makes day in and day out decisions to keep us all moving forward with God’s plans for our church community. 

WE ARE PROTECTED BY ELDERS

The eldership is the governing body of our church.  It’s made up of members of our congregation who prayerfully govern the church together.  This team is the team that oversees the vision, doctrine and ministry philosophy of our church.  They are responsible to oversee the finances of Sun City as well as cover all ministries of the church.

WE ARE STRENGTHENED BY OVERSEERS

In addition to our local elders, we have 2 overseers that serve as voices of care and accountability for us.  It’s really important that you know that this team exists and that your pastors are accountable to those inside and outside our church. This team serves by making sure we’re staying on track and healthy personally, spiritually, emotionally and in our leadership. They are a resource for our local elders, especially during difficult circumstances. We absolutely love and honor these pastors.
